    Trick to Winning Races

First, pick a horse with high speed and stamina, then choose the race with the least distance. Get into first place, ahead by a good length, then slow down. Look at the dist. ( distance ) on the top left-hand corner. If your stamina bar ( the long bar on the left ) is still blue, speed up and stop before pink. if you have less than 1.0 distance left and your in first plus your stamina bar is in pink, your sure to get a good ranking in the race!! Hint, if you want to make a horse go faster, hit it with the whip!!!!
    Horse Breeding
When breeding horses there's a few things to remember. First, make sure you save before you begin to breed. You may want to exit without saving and try to breed the same horses again.
Second, you can breed the same two horses multiple times and receive a different offspring each time. Third, when breeding try to get a filly. There are a ton of strong males to breed with in comparison to the females. Finally, look for a cost no lower than 2600 points. This should allow for a power peak around 117+.
Also, once you have saved your bred horse you can sneak a peek at how it will max out. Save and exit out to the main menu. Then select practice. After that select a race that fits your new bred horses distance and track preference. Push your square button to narrow your horse selection. Hit square until ' Origional ' is selected. Go into origional and your new bred horse should be posted there. You can check out its power rating and see what you have to look foward to.
