Gran Turismo 5 Prologue screens
Shots of those shiny cars and confirmation of the package arriving before Christmas
Aug 29, 2007
We can't wait for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, and it'll be here before Christmas; that's Sony's promise as it unleashesa bunch more screenshotsof its handy work.
The preview package to the full Gran Turismo 5 game (which is due out next year) will be a fairly hefty package in itself.
You'll get to rev around in over 40 cars, both offline against AI-controlled cars (something sorely missed in the tiny GT HD demo currently available) and online, with a 16-player online mode included.
It'll also include a new Gran Turismo TV mode, which Sony describes as "a dedicated online channel available exclusively from PSN, packed with some of the greatest content that Motorsport, car manufacturers and TV has to offer."
GT5 Prologue will be available via both Blu-Ray disc and for download through the PS Store before Christmas. An exact date and price are yet to be confirmed.
