Jacob's cane in Assassin's Creed Syndicate is a sword and a 'scythe blade'
While it's a lovely fashion accessory that tells us exactly which gang he belongs to, of course that Rook topped cane that Assassin's Creed Syndicate's Jacob Frye has been swinging about is actually a sword. Ubi wasn't terribly forthcoming about the cane but Amazon has revealed all with its toy listing. Described as the Assassin's Creed Syndicate 'Cane Sword', there's not really any disguising the fact that this Rook topped walking aid is actually a deadly weapon.
The sword unsheathes from the cane at a press of a button and also features 'a spring loaded, button-triggered scythe blade' so even this Assassin's cane has dual blades. Find out more about how Assassin's Creed Syndicate is changing everything you know about the series.
