Kojima talks to PlayStation Magazine about Metal Gear Solid 5 in upcoming issue

For the first time in the magazine's 16-year history, Official PlayStation Magazine is putting a developer, not a game, on its cover. And with good reason. The star is Hideo Kojima, and he has given the magazine what looks like a fairly candid interview in which he talks about the Metal Gear Solid's past, present, and future (and that future includes Metal Gear Solid 5, in case you were wondering).

Besides talking about how he has spent the last ten years trying to find a way to kill Solid Snake, the magazine, which hits stands later this month, is said to include information on both Metal Gear Solid 5 and Metal Gear Rising (the first PlayStation Metal Gear game Kojima didn't write or direct). So far, that's really all we have to go on. For all we know he might completely spill the beans on the games, or just talk about what his hopes are for them (more likely). Either way, any new information on either project has us excited, since Metal Gear Rising has been silent for some time now, and Metal Gear Solid 5 hasn't even really been confirmed yet.

Kojima also supposedly also discusses Project Ogre for the first time, something we didn't expect to hear about anytime soon. You can check out the issue when it hits UK newsstands on the November 29, or on the iOS Newsstand app on that same day.
