Kojima is officially out the door, and Konami is wasting no time moving forward with their plans to continue the Metal Gear franchise; they're now hiring for the next game. A Metal Gear game will undoubtedly be different without longtime writer and director Kojima onboard, but it's coming all the same.
Unfortunately, there are no clues as to what the new Metal Gear will be about, or even what platforms it will be on. All we know for now is that to qualify for the job, you must possess such things as: "Experience in high-end game development, planning, etc.," a "boundless imagination and the capacity for exciting new ideas," and "a strong passion toward game creation." Sounds like Konami is looking for Kojima's replacement, alright.
Will we continue to follow the misadventures of Big Boss as we have for the past three games, will Solid Snake return to duty, or will we see a new face enter the stage - another clone, perhaps? Gaseous Snake? Plasma Snake? Let the speculation run wild.
