Mass Effect 3 "Operation Silencer" multiplayer Bounty Weekend announced
How many Banshees can the entire community kill?
Called "Operation Silencer," this latest Mass Effect 3 multiplayer event challenges players to take down 3 million banshees between the dates of May 11, and May 14 (Friday to Monday.)
If the community can rally to take down that colossal number then everyone will be rewarded with a Victory Pack, though what's inside was not specified.
There's also a secondary goal with its own potential reward. Bioware is also offering a "Commendation Pack" to any squad that manages a full extraction against any enemy on Gold difficulty.
They also took the opportunity to send over a few statistics about multiplayer so far in Mass Effect 3. Among them are the interesting tidbits that 22.84 million multiplayer matches have been played since the game went online. Of which, only 10.5 million were successful extractions, and only 3.5% of successful extractions were on Gold difficulty.
