Don the black armbands, and make sure you have a hanky handy to dab the corners of your eyes with: it’s time to bid farewell to the crew of the USS Cerritos, because the animated Trek show’s fifth season will also be its last. We follow-up last issue’s look at the origins of Being Human by discussing the making of the final two series, in the company of the show’s creator Toby Whithouse and Damien “Hal” Molony. Plus we profile folk horror novelist Andrew Michael Hurley, and get Jeff VanderMeer to answer our author questionnaire.
