He’s a rubber suit-wearing freak who descends from the ceiling on a rope and always starts by saying “Master, we’re in a tight spot…” - even when it’s good news. Despite being gagged and having his eyes sewn shut - a handicap for most people - in fact he’s pretty useful. He’s joined by Travis, the spirit of the first person the Smiths killed. He passes you clues via t-shirt slogans.
