24 honchos have a new show
Spies, murder and break-neck action in Fox’s new show, NSA Innocent
Kiefer Sutherland has admitted it himself - Jack Bauer can’t go on forever. It seems the suits at Fox are preparing for the fact that CTU's finest only has a few seasons left in him by planning a new espionage thriller.
Tentatively titled NSA Innocent, the tale revolves around a fella who is recruited into the NSA and forced into spying for the US government.
Sitting at the typewriter are 24 scribbler Bob Cochran and David Ehrman.
Real Time Productions, the co-creators behind 24, are on board to executive produce.
If they can make it half as good as 24, they’re on to a winner. Let’s just cross our fingers they don’t let it get in the way of the proposed Jack Bauer-based flick, said to be shooting sometime next year.
