Leaf Trombone is what Tap Tap Revenge wants to be, but isn’t. Another game modeled after Guitar Hero, this one has you playing a leaf like a trombone in time with leaves that scroll across the screen. Designed by a Stanford whiz, the game enables players to blow into the iPhone’s microphone to make music, with a large library of recognizable songs available. And if that’s not enough, players can access the online World Stage mode to judge – or be judged by – other players based on their “performances.”
