Most Disturbing Moment: As Chief Brody throws a chum line from the boat, the shark looms out of the water when he isn't watching. Completely unexpected, it's one of a handful of terrifying payoff moments in a film focusing on tension and suspense.
If It Was Cute: It would have popped out of the water, blown water in Brody's face, giggled and swam away, prompting Brody to tell Quint "Your boat's probably too big for this".
