Not sure what you think of the new Xbox One S? Well, how would you feel if it was slathered in a blood-red paint scheme? NeoGAF user and Xbox tipster Ekim shared pictures of a Gears of War 4 edition Xbox One S on Twitter today, and while Microsoft has yet to formally announce such a device, it seems to be legit.
According to Ekim, the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle comes with a downloadable copy of Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. Normally, the two items would retail for a combined value of approximately $500 (a $400 2TB Xbox One, plus the $100 Gears 4 Ultimate Edition), but Ekim reports that the current price is $450 - though also points out that's subject to possible change.
If you're not familiar, the Gears 4 Ultimate Edition comes with a collectible SteelBook case, a four day head start on access to the game, and the season pass with exclusive skins for new hero JD and his weapons. So think of this bundle as the "Super Duper Ultimate Edition," or maybe the "Just In Case You Want A REALLY Red Xbox One Edition". What do you think? Worth the money?
