All-new Halo movie concept art
Fall of the Reach adaptation is illustrated
New concept art for Stuart Beattie’s proposed Halo movie has been posted online, depicting what looks like the opening scenes from the first videogame.
The art accompanied a recent pitch by the G.I Joe scribe to adapt Halo prequel novel The Fall of Reach for the big screen. The story details the events that lead up to the original game and explains the origins of the SPARTAN II super soldiers.
We personally think this Halo movie proposal is the best we've heard so far. We were always worried about whether we would feel sympathy towards a guy permanently stuck in a futuristic motorcycling helmet. Focusing on human soldiers seems like a far better idea to us.
