1: The first item Jonah wants you to snap is the set of Vulture wings in the glass case after you save the hostages.

2: After you free the hostages and enter the conveyor belt, you'll enter a large room where you need to vent the coolant. The robot arms that Jameson wants a picture of can be found in the windowed lab when you reach the first coolant vent.
