1: When you free the hostages from the three thugs backstage at the theatre, go to the far end and in a trunk will be this purple robe and “fishbowl” of one mysterious character.

2: Once at the docks, look for this giant battle armour along the side of a stack of crates. It will be next to the water and right beside a barbed wire fence--thankfully it has a spotlight shining right on it.
