D3Publisher is showing its love for Nintendo's latest handheld system today by announcing Dream Trigger, an "immersive experience" for the 3DS with more than 50 stages of classic shooting action.
Described as an "arcade shooter" game, Dream Trigger 3D requires players to use a sonar trigger to expose hidden colorful enemies in all sorts of environments.
This genre is one of the oldest in the history of video games, and there isn't really a whole lot of room for it to change or get more interesting. But any game made for the "glasses-free 3D" technology of the 3DS is work a look.
"Dream Trigger 3D perfectly captures the system%26rsquo;s graphical strengths and combines it with stellar arcade shooter gameplay that new owners of the Nintendo 3DS handheld system will not be able to put down," said D3Publisher CEO Yoji Takenaka.
Now the only thing we have to wait for is an actual release date or at least a screenshot for the upcoming game. For now, we'll just imagine random explosions and enough colors to give everyone at least three seizures.
