Ariana Grande's going to be a Final Fantasy character because... [stares into coffee. Has nothing]
Okay, not like a real, numbered, Final Fantasy, it's Brave Exvius on mobile which was not something I knew was a thing until this message from Ariana.

As you can see it's based on her 'Dangerous Woman' album character and if you double check the animations up there she's actually got what looks like a couple of musical special moves.
Here's another picture showing the pop star with Square Enix's top 'best at looking casual' people.

Brave Exvius is a free-to-play mobile game in the style of the classic old school Final Fantasies (check out the trailer below) that follows "two young knights of valour and a girl bereft of memory [who] are pulled by a string of fate across realms of beauty and danger."
No word yet on what part Ariana will be playing in the game so I'm going to guess recruitable party member given the fighting animations.
