Arnie gets a new look in first image from David Ayers Ten
The big man gets a haircut
Arnold Schwarzenegger will be sporting a brand new look for director David Ayer’s new movie Ten , having posted a sneak peak of his makeover on Twitter .
Ayer had previously been quoted as saying he wanted to “reinvent Arnold”, and from the looks of that close-cropped haircut and batch of new tattoos, he appears to have succeeded.
That said, he’s still armed to the teeth with all manner of knives, guns and body armour. Some things never change, and nor should they.
The film will see Arnie star as John “Breacher” Wharton, the commander of an elite squad of DEA operatives charged with raiding a cartel’s safe house. However, that mission is actually a smokescreen behind which the team will rip off millions of dollars worth of illegal assets. But will they get away with it, especially when the pressure begins to build?
Co-starring Sam Worthington, Malin Akerman, Josh Holloway and Terrence Howard, Ten should open in the UK in 2013, with a specific release date to be confirmed.
