Black Friday gaming chair deals 2024: Early deals you should know about
Black Friday gaming chair deals are here a month early, and we've found the best ones you should consider buying early.
Black Friday gaming chair deals are already here, depending on the brand you're shopping for. Herman Miller has already started its Black Friday sale, offering 25% off its two popular gaming chairs. Elsewhere, some of our favorite models from the past year or two have already had price cuts, and while we'd usually recommend waiting another week or two for the best early offers, there are some deals that are too good to miss already.
Last year, we saw some really decent prices on the majority of products on our best gaming chair list. With new models and variants to anticipate throughout 2024, here's what you should know as we hurtle toward November. The best gaming chairs are in a competitive field, and that's great for you. If you need something for posture support, there are ergonomic options. If you need something comfortable for longer sessions, there are plenty of plush models we can point you at. If you need something for a console setup, there are rockers and chairs with speakers that could be perfect.
Now, as Black Friday gaming deals begin to ramp up, we've been on the hunt for the best throne offers, and we've listed the ones we like down below. If you want to compare to last year's prices to see how good the early deals are, keep scrolling to find the ones we've saved and brought out of the freezer. While prices can change, this might give you a decent ballpark of what you'll need. Before we waste any more time, take a look at the best deals already available.

Black Friday gaming chair deals - what to expect
If you've been caught out by gaming chair prices after finally deciding to seek out a new one, I understand. Gaming chairs are a very expensive bit of furniture to invest in, sometimes by margins that make no sense. Fortunately, that's why I'm here to help you find gaming chair deals during Black Friday. November's Thanksgiving celebrations bring about the best time of the year to shop for a gaming seat because almost all of them drop down in price.
Brands like Boulies, GT Omega, AndaSeat, and Noblechairs - they all tend to offer discounts during Black Friday. Even the biggest brands like Secretlab and Herman Miller make things a bit easier for consumers when Black Friday comes around. We'd expect the majority of our favorites list to see some discounts in November, so fret not.
Of course, the budget offerings are constantly shifting price to try and get the most attention, and Black Friday sales are no different. If you want something cheap and cheerful, you'll be able to find something this Winter, but if you plan in advance, your budget might even be able to stretch a bit further to something that we'd recommend more strongly.
If you want a better idea of what chairs will go on offer and what sort of prices you might need to budget for, take a look at the list of discounts we saw last year that we've saved down below.

How to choose the right gaming chair for you
There are really only two kinds of gaming chair to look out for in the Black Friday gaming chair deals; ergonomic/office style gaming chairs (which are much more popular for both PC users and console gamers) or pedestal/rocker gaming chairs. Although the latter variant isn't as popular, it does have its quality brands too.
- Ergonomic/office gaming chairs: There are several key brands that make gaming chairs in this style to look out for on the day, including Secretlab, AndaSeat, Noblechairs, Corsair, and Razer. The design for most of them includes a racing-style swivel seat complete with a high backrest, reclining action, lumbar support, and headrest cushions.
- Pedestal gaming chairs: As the name would imply, this style is stationary and built for rocking back and forth, stuck to the ground (there are also free-rocking chairs in the same style, most notably by X Rocker). Some models have RGB lighting and stereo speakers in them, tailored towards a younger or teen audience.
Last year's best Black Friday gaming chair deals
Homall Gaming Chair | $123.34 $87.99 at Amazon (with Prime)
Save $35 - The most deals-prone chair in the world was up and down all Thanksgiving week, but the very best offer we could find was at Amazon, exclusively for those with Prime, where it was down to $88. For all those who didn't have Prime, the best option was Walmart.
Downix Gaming Chair | $202.49 $142.49 at Amazon
Save $60 - Downix is a frequent flyer when you search for gaming chair deals. With this model, you didn't get much in the way of armrest adjustability, but you did get some beefy cushioning all over, and a footrest that can fold under the chair when it's not wanted.
GTPlayer Gaming Chair | $389.99 $162.99 at Amazon
Save $220 - This GTRacing chair looks plush as hell! This brand has a solid reputation in the budget gaming chair space, but with materials this inviting, it looks like you'd be lucky to get it for this cheap. You even got that supportive leg/footrest for your money which folds underneath the chair.
Playseat Challenge Sim Racing Cockpit | $259.99 $200.65 at Amazon
Save $60 - The PlaySeat Challenge Sim Racing Cockpit is a bit of an outlier, a racing-game-focused esports chair that can fold out so it doesn't use up quite as much space in your room. It was just a hair over $200 during Black Friday, but for very specialized gear of this quality, this was a good discount.
X Rocker SE Pro gaming chair | $229.99 $144.82 at Amazon
Save $84 - This chair had a pretty sizeable discount on it and would be perfect for anyone with a console setup to collapse into at the end of a long day. It also comes with built-in speakers in the headrest - while it might not be the greatest sound quality, it's a nice feature for immersive experiences.
AndaSeat Transformers Edition Premium Gaming Chair | $399.99 $199.99 at AndaSeat
Save $200 - This beautiful Transformers Edition of one of AndaSeat's gaming chairs was well worth a look. The color is vibrant and cushioning substantial, but if you aren't a fan of the bright yellow there's an Optimus Prime model, as well as a Megatron one. You got Premium PVC leather and a serious saving to boot.
Noblerocker Gaming Chair XL | $319.99 $255.99 at Amazon (with Prime)
Save $65 - This chair looks strikingly familiar... I can't think why. It's almost as though it reminds me of a premium brand that costs about double what this does...
strange. Nonetheless, those with an Amazon Prime membership could get a bargain on the XL model of this Titan Evo imitator.
Alienware S5000 Gaming Chair | $399.99 $299.99 at Dell
Save $100 - The Alienware S500 is a fairly popular choice of gaming chair you might not have typically heard of because you wouldn't expect Alienware to dabble in chair creation. Just like the rest of Alienware's products though, it seldom gets discounts, so this was worth making the most of.
Boulies Ninja Pro | $399.99 $339.99 at Boulies
Save $60 - Our favorite gaming chair was discounted for Black Friday - in fact, the whole Boulies store had offers running if you wanted premium features and luxury comfort for less money than other big-name brands out there.
Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 Series | $549 $439 at Secretlab
Save $110 - The premium Secretlab gaming chair was on offer, with substantial discounts available if you played your options right. This discount could be found on the classic colors like the Classic, Black, Ash, or Royal designs in the Neo Hybrid Leatherette.
Herman Miller Vantum Gaming Chair | $795 $596 at Herman Miller
Save $199 - Our favorite ergonomic chair was on offer. The Vantum didn't quite charm us as much as the Embody did, but this one is much cheaper and also comes with a really supportive headrest. We don't see these really pricey seats come down often, so it's important to shout about it when they do.
Herman Miller Embody Gaming Chair | $1845 $1383 at Herman Miller
Save $462 - In our Herman Miller Embody review, we said that it was "all the gaming chair you'll ever need", which it had to be given the price. The Embody is expensive, but you get a lot for the premium markup. Thankfully, it came in with a $462 discount for Black Friday, so if you were thinking of making the investment, November was the time to do it.
Last year's best gaming chair deals in the UK
Secretlab Titan Evo | £469 £439 at Secretlab
Save £30 - The signature editions of the Titan Evo 2022 could be had in the UK from £419. Once you add the designs and other add-ons, however, the price comes to about £439 at the lowest. Esports and Special Editions are also on offer, but most of those get closer to the £500 mark.
Boulies Ninja Pro | £319.99 £279.99 at Boulies
Save £40 - Our favorite gaming chair was on sale. If you like the look of Secretlab and other premium brands, Boulies is a make of chair you should know about. It matches the features of other premium chairs while undercutting the price.
Noblechairs HERO | £399.95 £299.99 at Overclockers UK
Save £99.96 - This Far Cry 6 liveried Noblechairs Hero was going cheap at OverclockersUK. Noblechairs is a competitive brand for gaming chairs, and Overclockers has a massive range of them in its wares. You got decent features as well as a bit of personality in that design.

Ever since playing Journey at the age of 15, I’ve been desperate to cover video games for a living. After graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Journalism, I contributed to the Scottish Games Network and completed an Editorial Internship over at Expert Reviews. Besides that, I’ve been managing my own YouTube channel and Podcast for the last 7 years. It’s been a long road, but all that experience somehow landed me a dream job covering gaming hardware. I’m a self-confessing PlayStation fanboy, but my experience covering the larger business and developer side of the whole industry has given me a strong knowledge of all platforms. When I’m not testing out every peripheral I can get my hands on, I’m probably either playing tennis or dissecting game design for an upcoming video essay. Now, I better stop myself here before I get talking about my favourite games like HUNT: Showdown, Dishonored, and Towerfall Ascension. Location: UK Remote
