LEGO The Hobbit Minikit locations guide
Goblin Town
Riddles in the Dark
Minikit #1 (Free Play)
There are five green mushrooms throughout the level. The first is right at the beginning, the second is by the dangling skeleton, the third is on a wall past the first goblin net, the fourth is up the goblin net in the Gollum section, and the fifth is on a wall near the wooden scaffolding in the same area. Bust all of these to earn a minikit.
Minikit #2 (Free Play)
Above the first Goblin net is a gold handle. Use a flail character to yank this away, dropping a minikit.
Minikit #3 (Free Play)
During the Gollum section, look to the water on the right side of the area. There's a boat with an attached hook--use a flail-wielder to pull the boat and its minikit cargo to you.
The Great Goblin
Minikit #4 (Free Play)
When the Goblin King moves from his throne, there will be a Mithril rock in the seat. Use a shot of Saruman's magic to destroy it, releasing a minikit.
Escaping the Goblin Tunnels
Minikit #5 (Free Play)
While moving across the bridges, look for an arrow target on a bridge above. Use an archer to hit this and release a rope, then climb to the higher area. Up here is a Morgul chest; use an evil character like Sauron to bust it open for a minikit.
Minikit #6 (Story Mode)
After jumping across the swinging plank, look into the background for a slingshot target. Use Ori to hit this, and five archery targets will appear on the bridge in the background. Snipe these from the moving plank with Kili to earn a minikit.
Minikit #7 (Free Play)
When you bust through the cracked tile in a bridge, you'll land near this wraith minikit. Use Frodo's Ring to obtain it.
Minikit #8 (Free Play)
Before leaving the area, use a Goblin character to climb the net on the cave wall to one more minikit.
Minikit #9 (Free Play)
On the left side of the Goblin King arena is a jump spot. Use an acrobat like Legolas to leap up to a rope where a minikit dangles.
Minikit #10 (Free Play)
On the right side of the same area is a Mithril-locked chest. Blast it open with Saruman for a final minikit.
