Conquer all the South Park: The Stick of Truth side quests

Cheeky South Park: The Stick of Truth side quests give you plenty of excuses to explore the weird town, in addition to tracking down that eponymous twig of veracity. By tracking them through the Map, some will automatically reveal the locations of objectives, but for others, you'll need to explore and find the required items yourself. We've put this guide together to show you exactly where all the side quest collectibles can be found, so you don't have to go hunting for them yourself. If they have a day stated in the description, then that is the earliest time during the story that you can collect them.

South Park: The Stick of Truth side quests - Big Game Huntin' with Jimbo 

Started by purchasing the Hunter’s Guide to South Park Wildlife from Jimbo’s Guns. Kill 6 wild animals and return to Jimbo to tell him.

Bloodsucking Fruit Bat
[Day 2] Use the Blood Orange on a pile in the sewer, found right at the end near the Crab Person.

Canadian Barking Spider of the Queefing Caverns
[Day 3] Use the Poutine on the spider web in the top right corner of the Canada map.

Farm Cow
Use the Cow Bell on the Farm fence.

Mutant Bacteria
[Day 2] Use the Rubbing Alcohol on the Petri dish in the school basement Boiler Room - first available during the ‘Attack the School’ quest.

Penis Mouse
[Day 2] Use the Fromunda Cheese on a pile in the sewer, found up a ladder behind a gate you open.

Rabid Junkyard Dog
Use the Mouldy Sausage on the dog bed to the right of Kenny’s house.
