The Halo 3 Beta gave me ripped abs!
Want to kick ass at Halo and look good in a swimsuit?
The next time you're faced with an interminable matchmaking screen, get on the floor and do 20 situps. If you can't get to 20, do as many as you can. After the next match, it's push-up time. Try for 20, but don't hurt yourself. Do as many as you can, and take note of your progress over time. Next, grab a dumbbell and knock out 10 curls with each arm. Repeat this cycle of situps, pushups, and curls until you feel sufficiently exercised. Make sure to stretch and drink plenty of water. If you're feeling more adventurous, try using the dumbbell for more than just curls. The increased blood flow to your brain and muscles is guaranteed to make you instantly better at Halo 1, 2, or 3.
