The best trailers of E3 2014
Hype beyond hype
As with many theatrical movie releases these days, the best part of E3 is the trailers. Sure, members of the gaming press get hands-on time with the games after they're shown, and that's awesome--but we can all remember our years spent watching from home, squealing with excitement at all the cinematic reveals and info-laden gameplay demos shown off on the E3 stage. E3 2014 soared in this regard, showing off excellent trailers almost non-stop for all manner of our most anticipated games of 2014 and beyond.
In an attempt to capture the magic of this year's amazing line-up, we've gone ahead and ranked the 10 trailers that got us the most riled-up at the show (and still continue to impress us even now). Maybe you agree with our picks and ranking, maybe you don't--but there's no denying that all of these trailers do an incredible job of building up hype for these rad-looking games.
