Bird's Eye View Film Festival announced
And the female film fest is packed full of director Q&As...
The Bird’s Eye View (BVA) Film Festival is about to enter its third year of celebrating female filmmakers, with several highlights spread out over its six-day duration.
Opening on 8 March, the festival will feature international movies, shorts, documentaries, special master classes and even live music (including Mercury Prize Nominee Zoe Rahman performing her original composition to the short She Falls).
But by far the biggest draw is sure to be the directors' Q&A sessions following screenings of some of TF’s most eagerly anticipated art-house films.
Directors taking part include Laurie Collyer for Sherrybaby, Dorota Kediersawska for I Am and Hilary Brougher for Stephanie Daley, starring Tilda Swinton.
The Birds Eye View Film Festival runs until 14 March at the NFT. Further information can be found by clicking here .
