Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition Skillshot guide
How to perform all of Bulletstorm's 131 skillshots
GENERAL SKILLSHOTS
Graffiti - Kill an enemy by kicking him against a surface
Kick your target towards a wall or object, and then just keep kicking him into that surface over and over until he’s dead. Do not allow the body to fall to the floor between kicks, as this can often prevent the Graffiti skill shot from registering.
Shocker - Kill an enemy by flinging them into an electrical source
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to earn the Shocker skill shot. Simply watch for exposed wires or electrical signs, then kick or leash your target into one.
Pricked - Kill an enemy by flinging them into a cactus
Almost every outdoor section of Bulletstorm contains at least a couple cactuses, but you’re guaranteed to find them during Act 1: Chapter 1and during your first encounters with the Flytraps in Act 4: Chapter 2.
Voodoo Doll - Kill an enemy by flinging them into a sharp metal object
Even easier than Pricked. Spikes, barbwire and other sharp surfaces are scattered throughout nearly all the missions.
Vertigo - Send an enemy down a huge drop
Corner an enemy near the edge of any balcony or cliff and kick or shoot him over. Load up Act 2: Chapter 1, Act 3: Chapter 2 or the “Promenade” Echo mode for immediate opportunities at the Vertigo skill shot.
Fly Guy - Kill an enemy by flinging them into a swarm of electro flies
The best swarm for achieving the Fly Guy skill shot with is located in Act 4: Chapter 2, halfway up the long series of stairs – it’s close enough to the ground that you can simply kick an enemy into the flies. For less accessible swarms use the charged Head Hunter sniper rifle to shoot an enemy, then pull his ragdoll body into the flies.
Afterburner - Kill an enemy who is on fire
A charged Screamer bullet, charged Bouncer cannonball or environmental explosion are quick ways to set multiple enemies on fire at once. Finish them off as they scream for the Afterburner skill shot.
Enviro-Mental - Kill one or more enemies using an environmental explosive
Surely, you’ve seen a red barrel somewhere in the game. Shoot that and you’re almost guaranteed the Enviro-Mental skill shot.
Feeder - Feed an enemy to a flytrap
Flytraps are most prevalent in the middle of Act 4: Chapter 2. You’ll watch one eat an enemy automatically… run forward from there to find lots more flytraps and lots more enemies to kick into the range of their tongues.
Bad Digestion - Cause a Flytrap to swallow something explosive
Flytraps are most prevalent in the middle of Act 4: Chapter 2. This section of the game also includes plenty of explosive balls for you to kick into the flytraps’ mouths. Or just shoot your newly acquired Bouncer at them for the Bad Digestion skill shot.
Antidote - Kill an enemy who is infected by the puffball gas
Puffball gas is first encountered at the beginning of Act 4: Chapter 2. Shoot a puffball (not to be confused with Nom parasites) and wait for the enemies to stumble around with green clouds around their heads. Then kill away.
Toxic Love - Kill an enemy while infected by puffball gas
Puffball gas is first encountered at the beginning of Act 4: Chapter 2. Get close to the puffball before destroying it to ensure that you’re infected by the gas. Then kill away.
Nominated - Kill an enemy with a Nom parasite on their head
Nom parasites are first encountered at the beginning of Act 4: Chapter 1. Just kick them – you don’t really need to aim, as the game will usually send the parasite flying onto an enemy’s head automatically. Once they’re masked and confused, kill them however you like for the Nominated skill shot.
Scarecrow - Put a Nom parasite on an enemy’s head then impale them
Don’t bother attempting the Scarecrow skill shot when you first discover Nom parasites, as there are no sharp environmental objects in that area. Wait until Act 5: Chapter 3, where you’ll pass through a short section overflowing with both parasites and cacti.
Leak - Put a Nom parasite on an enemy's head then get a headshot
Nom parasites are first encountered at the beginning of Act 4: Chapter 1. To guarantee a headshot once the parasite is attached, whip out your Head Hunter sniper rifle and aim for the parasite in slow-motion.
Heads Up - Put a Nom parasite on an enemy's head then take their head off
Don’t bother attempting the Heads Up skill shot when you first discover Nom parasites, as you don’t yet own the proper decapitation tools. Once you’ve unlocked the Flailgun’s charge, however, use that slicing action to cut through enemies’ necks with the Nom parasites still attached.
Fast Food - Ram an enemy to death with a hot dog cart
Hot dog carts are more common in the first half of the game than the second, and you’re guaranteed to find a couple outside the nightclub in Act 2: Chapter 1. For the Fast Food skill shot, kick them towards enemies rather than shooting them.
Sausage Fest - Kill an enemy using a hot dog cart explosion
Hot dog carts are more common in the first half of the game than the second, and you’re guaranteed to find a couple outside the nightclub in Act 2: Chapter 1. For the Sausage Fest skill shot, shoot the cart to cause a lethal explosion.
Exterminator - Kill an entire swarm of electro flies
Surprisingly difficult to exterminate with regular weapons, since each fly moves unpredictably and independently of the others – we’ve wasted entire clips of ammo trying to nail just one. More powerful guns, like the Bouncer and Flailgun, can take out an entire swarm with a single shot. For the locations of every swarm, consult our electro fly location guide.
Killer News - Kill someone with the explosion of a Newsbot
Kick an enemy into the Newsbot, kick the Newsbot into an enemy, shoot the Newsbot when an enemy is nearby… there are a ton of ways to accomplish the Killer News skill shot. For more help, consult our Newsbot location guide.
Intoxicated - Kill an enemy while drunk on Nom Juice
Remember the blue bottles scattered throughout Bulletstorm? For example, in the nightclub during Act 2: Chapter 1? Drink one of those instead of destroying it, then kill an enemy while under the blurry, dizzying influence.
