Need another reason to buy Killzone 3 when it releases next month? Sony has just announced that specially marked copies of the next Killzone title will include a PSN code granting access to the SOCOM 4 multiplayer beta.
Just pick up a specially marked copy of Killzone 3 when it goes on sale next month and you'll get a PSN voucher codethat will let youdownload your way into SOCOM 4's ambitious 32-player online skirmishes. You'll be looking for the dog tags on the front cover that read "Early Access SOCOM 4 Multiplayer Beta," available with both the standard $60 game as well as the insane Helghast Edition bundle.
Of course, the beta won't be live when Killzone 3 goes on sale on February 22 in North America and February 23 in Europe. So you'll just have to hold onto that voucher until Sony announces more details about SOCOM 4, which is expected to launch in April.
If you've already pre-ordered a copy of Killzone 3, don't worry. According to Sony, customers who have already pre-ordered Killzone 3 will be ensured access to the SOCOM 4 multiplayer beta.
