Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on Wii U will not have Elite
Newly free stat-tracking service to be absent from Nintendo's system at launch
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's Elite won't be coming to Wii U, at least at launch. Kotaku confirmed with Activision that the Wii U version of the game will not initially integrate with the community stats-tracking service.
"We are currently evaluating options for Call of Duty Elite to support Nintendo's Wii U game system, however Call of Duty Elite for Call of Duty: Black Ops II will not support this platform when the game launches on November 13th," an Activision representative said
Activision recently announced Elite itself will be free for Black Ops 2, but the game's four planned map packs will be available either separately for $15 or together in a $50 season pass. The maps will go live first on Xbox 360, and Activision specifically mentioned they may not appear on all consoles.

Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo.
