Cannes 2010 is throwing up all sorts of surprises, not least a group of satanic zombie women in town to promote a low budget kitchen-sink drama called Zombie Women Of Satan .

The title of the film is sufficiently awesome to promote the film, which is good, because it's stars don't exactly have a lot to say for themselves...
