Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin - multiplayer hands-on

Portrait of Ruin's Wi-Fi modes don't end there. Every save point in the game gives you access to an online marketplace, where anyone on the planet can open up shop and offer items for a bit of cash. In past games, you'd have to trudge all the way back to the item shop for everything, so hopping online to grab a couple of super potions is a rather appealing alternative.

What's even better is that anything you sell stays in your inventory. So let's say you've uncovered some super-rare ring or cape or enchanted doohickey - you can sell it for mad profit but still keep the item. You don't even have to obey Nintendo's Friend Code rules, just choose a person and do business. Nice.
