I'm doing things a little differently on Caught Up! this week. Obviously, the internet is going nuts over Fallout 4, so I'm going to dive deep into one of my favorite aspects of the game: character creation. There's already been some great freak shows and celebrity impersonations making the rounds online, but I think we can do one better (or worse, depending on how you look at it).
