Not long to go now until Daredevil makes its Netflix debut, with a new trailer arriving online to help fan the flames. In it, we see the young Matt Murdock coming to terms with his blindness as he is brought under the wing of Scott Glenn’s mentor, Stick.
Stick informs him that “you’ve got a gift”, before teaching his young charge how to use his disability as a weapon. Fast forward to the adult Murdock, who has taken that advice and run with it…
Check out the new trailer, below…
Daredevil is increasingly looking like a strong opening salvo for Netflix and Marvel’s ongoing partnership, with Vincent D’Onofrio an imposing presence as the villainous Kingpin, and Hell’s Kitchen itself set to be a truly nightmarish backdrop. Exciting stuff.
Co-starring Rosario Dawson, Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson, Daredevil will become available on Netflix in its entirety from 10 April 2015.
