Check out this amazing Corvo Attano action figure while you wait for Dishonored 2
With rumors that Dishonored 2 would be announced at E3 turning out to be a bust, and bits of "insider knowledge" making scarcely convincing promises for Gamescom, it seems people are chomping at the bit to get back to Dishonored's deep and dreary gaslamp world. I sadly have nothing to offer in terms of new information, so I'll just have to offer up something incredibly cool in the meantime: a custom-made Corvo Attano action figure that’s sicker than the plague.
Designed by custom figure artist Greg Sarabia, this 1:12 scale model of Dishonored's reticent protagonist started life as a Captain America action figure, which matches Corvo's stocky build quite well. What makes this figure amazing though, is the level of detail the artist put in, so even something as small as buttons and embroidery on Corvo's coat are perfectly replicated. The figure is coupled with an equally intricate set-piece of a Dunwall street, complete with dirty-looking rats and a severed Overseer's head. It's like it was pulled right out of the game.
Sadly, this baby is a custom job and not available for purchase. However, you can drool over photos of the piece on Sarabia's Facebook, or get the minutia of how it was constructed in this video. Sarabia also has plenty of other figures on his deviantart page for you to cry over.
