Let’s face it, when you combine the work of Neil Gaiman and the man who made The Nightmare Before Christmas , you’re guaranteed to get something special.
So it is with Coraline, the tale of a bored little girl (voiced by Dakota Fanning) who dreams of a more fun life, and gets much more than she bargained for when she discovers a link to a parallel universe.
Other Mother
In this exciting new world, she finds parallel versions of her parents, including Other Mother (Teri Hatcher), a woman who seems perfect, but disturbingly has buttons sewn in place of her eyes.
If that wasn’t enough of a clue, this fresh world is fraught with plenty of danger and soon Coraline’s fighting to save her own…
