Best Cyberpunk 2077 Woodman interrogation choices
All dialogue options to speak to Woodman during CP2077's Automatic Love mission
When told to interrogate Woodman in Cyberpunk 2077 during Automatic Love, you can either go violent or simply negotiate cooperation from the horrible man. After fighting or sneaking your way through Clouds and making the Cyberpunk 2077 Angel or Skye choice, the confrontation with Woodman serves as the final part of the sequence (assuming you don't decide to go blasting after that)
So yes, you can interrogate Woodman using non-violent dialogue if you're so inclined, and if you're not quite feeling ready to draw blood, there are options available. Get it wrong though, and you'll have no choice but to fight him in order to get what you need that way. Whichever appeals to you more, we'll show you how to interrogate Woodman in Cyberpunk 2077 and get the answers you want.
All Cyberpunk 2077 interrogate Woodman options
The first thing to think about is how to get to Woodman: stealth is an option and will let you walk right in. But if that goes south you'll discover he's shut the door and, after a brief chat, open it all guns blazing and leave you with no option but to fight.
If you managed to stealth it all the way there unseen you'll be able to talk to him (go through the blue door as the glass one won't open). Even now, though, almost all the conversation options still end in fighting. As you left all your gear in a locker to get in, this can be tricky if you haven't picked up any good guns along the way, or don't have Mantis Blades or another concealed melee option.
If you do fight him you can still get the info you need off the computer that will direct you to a ripperdoc called Fingers. You can also offer to upgrade the computer system with an intelligence of 7 or higher and get access to the info that way.

You don't fully kill Woodman, just down him and he'll appear later in the game. If you do get him on the floor though you will be able to loot a decent gun from him while he's out.
From here, however, let's assume you're here to talk. In that case these are your initial dialogue options:
- You look like a reasonable man - let's make a deal.
- You don't understand what's at stake here.
- Tell me where Evelyn is.
If you pick the option to make a deal you'll open up a second choice:
- I'll pay for info.
- Sorry I'm done being nice.
If choose 'I'm done being nice', you'll start combat and have to take him down. So offer to pay for info. He'll refuse but it will open these next options and continue the conversation:
- You look worse than that.
- Just want to make a donation.
- Sorry done being nice.
If you say he 'looks worse than that' or that you're done being nice, again, you'll trigger a fight. So say you want to make a donation and you'll get the final options:
- I'll tell the media everything.
- Your bosses should know how you treat customers
- Could end you with my bare hands.
- Let's not make this any harder than it has to be.
The option to pick is to threaten to go to the media. Chose that and Woodman will give you what you need peacefully and let you out the back way via an elevator. Don't worry about him getting away with anything though as you'll will get to kill him later if you keep talking to Judy.
Basically any options other than what we've outlined here will eventually lead to combat. You might chat for a but eventually he'll say he's getting tired and pull a gun. Johnny can also interject and suggest threatening to expose embezzlement, which is a guess on his part and brushed off by Woodman. Basically keep him chill until you the media option comes up and you'll get what you want without any hassle.
