The Darkness II gets torn up in latest trailer
“Executions” video demonstrates the Neck Snap, Wishbone, and Daisy Pop
Daisy Pop and Wishbone sound like they could be cuddly mascots for the next Nintendogs game. In actuality, they're the names of insanely brutal execution techniques in The Darkness II. Not that there's much “technique” to them, really. As this new trailer so eloquently demonstrates, tearing opponents apart is fairly straightforward:
If you've been following Digital Extremes and 2K Games's steady flow of trailers, then you already know The Darkness II provides many ways for Jackie Estacado to “play” with his foes. If you can stomach an even longer look at the game's finishing moves, have a look at this week's Artfully Executed trailer, or watch GR as it rips the demo to pieces in our very own playthrough.
The Darkness II whips it out for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on February 7 in North America, and February 10 in Europe.
