Destiny 2 - Nessus Scannable Object Locations
There are a total of 37 scannable objects on Nessus.

Chamber of Water
Scannable Objects: 1
1) After entering the Chamber of Water through the Vex teleporter in Watcher's Grove, proceed to the first chamber in which you find Vex. In the northeast corner is an artifact you can scan.
Watcher’s Grove
Scannable Objects: 3
1) In the northeast of Watcher's Grove, just northwest of the Vex portal, there is a huge tree with red msss covering it. Climb up and you'll find this object.
2) Southwest of the large circular area and southeast of the giant eye on the western wall is a ledge with a broken relic to scan.
3) North of the area where Public Events spawn, there is an alcove, in it you'll find this scannable.
The Mist
Scannable Objects: 3
1) To get to The Mists, which aren't shown on your map, you need to head to roughly the center of The Tangle and look for an orange-tinted entrance. Once inside, proceed forward until you enter a large room filled with Vex. A scannable is under the waterfall in the south of the room.
2) From the first scannable, proceed further on until you reach a large cavernous area with a chasm running through the middle. Destroy the Vex and cross to the eastern part of the area. On the south side of you'll find an orange-lit platform. You can jump down find a passage leading to this scannable.
3) From the chamber containing scannable #2, head through the north passage to a room containing a portal. In the southeast corner of the room, to the right of the portal, is a high ledge with a scannable object.
Chamber of Stone
Scannable Objects: 1
1) In the back room of the Chamber of Stone, there is a Vex ring to scan on the east wall.
The Tangle
Scannable Objects: 5
1) From the road entering The Tangle from Watcher's Grove, look to the north on top of the wall bordering the road to find this object.
2) Just west of the path to Artifact's Edge, on a column next to a plateau near two large trees, is a broken Vex to scan.
3) To the west of the road leading to The Cistern on top of a tubular rock is this glowing blue scannable.
4) In the south of The Tangle, just west of the Vex teleporter that takes you to the Cistern of Stone, is this device. It's in a nook formed by rock and Vex building material.
5) In the north-northeast part of the area is a location guarded by Vex. There will be a short pillar, a giant pillar, and a third medium-size one. On top of the medium-sized pillar is a scannable.
Artifact's Edge
Scannable Objects: 1
1) Near the nose of the spaceship there's a platform on the wall to the east that holds this scannable.
Exodus Black
Scannable Objects: 5
1) In the north part of the area, near the eastern outer wall of the Exodus Black, is a bag of deactivated Shanks you can scan.
2) On the western wall, near the entrance to the Lost Sector, is this broken servitor.
3) North of the fast travel spawn point, on the platform with the Fallen, is a scannable object.
4) The easiest way to get to this antenna scannable is to fast travel into the area, jump on the plateau to your right, then jump to the northern rock formation it rests on.
5. This scannable is just to the east of the southern exit out of the area.
The Cistern
Scannable Objects: 5
1) In the southeast part of The Cistern you'll see a waterfall. You need to climb up to the ledge the liquid is falling from to find this object.
2) Southwest of the area the public events spawn at in the northwest you can find this object.
3) This glowing object is southeast from the circular area in the northeast of The Cistern. It's on the north side of the waterfall.
4) In the southwest part of The Cistern you can find this Vex object.
5) East of scannable #4 on the edge of the lake is a spear you can scan.
Pools of Luminance
Scannable Objects: 2
1) You'll come to a small circular room shortly after entering the area. From there head through the passage filled with Radiolarian fluid until it curves left. Instead of following it left, jump over the rocks to the right to get to this scannable.
2) From the last scannable, continue to follow the Radiolarian-filled passage. It will lead onto a room with Vex. Kill them and keep moving forward. You'll come to another room, larger than the last, filled with more Vex. In the northwest corner you can find this object to scan in the pool of fluid.
The Hallows
Scannable Objects: 3
1) This scannable is on a ledge in the northeastern part of the circular hole leading to the underground area.
2) This Vex artifact is underground high on a ledge in the room north of where you drop down the giant hole.
3) On the surface, jump up on the cliff southwest of the giant hole. You must then look south for a series of ledges jutting out of the wall. Jump over and cross them until you find this crushed Vex.
Sunken Cavern
Scannable Objects: 2
1) Once you reach the first room in Sunken Cavern, jump over the rock in the north to enter the alcove containing this object.
2) Continue deeper into Sunken Cavern. Jump across the floating rocks, then leap down to the lower levels from the southwestern edge of the large area containing the Vex. Keep going until you reach an area with a Vex portal. Directly across from it, on a ledge, is a glowing yellow object to scan.
Chamber of Sky
Scannable Objects: 1
1) The Chamber of Sky is located through a Vex portal in an underground passage, which is accessible in the eastern part of the Exodus Black area. Once you're through the portal, make your way to the back of the area and look for this flashing blue object high on the wall.
Glade of Echoes
Scannable Objects: 5
1) This object can be found in a small nook high on the wall in the southeast part of the area.
2) Just northeast of the exit to EX-077 Command you'll find a cargo container with a scannable spear inside.
3) This broken artifact to located to the south side of some solar panels in the mid-eastern part of the Glade of Echoes.
4) Check the area to the east beside the large cylinder that leads back towards the Exodus Black.
5) You'll find this scannable between a chunk of hull and a rock face northwest of the Lost Sector.
