Venus: The Nexus 

At the start of the mission, follow the markers into the building ahead.

Go down the corridor until you reach the N/Gen Branch area.

Go up the stairs on your right as you enter the area, and look in the room to find a set of office cubicles.

You'll find the Golden Chest around the back of the desks.
