Mars: Exclusion Zone 

From the Barrens at the start of the mission, follow the markers to the bunker.

Instead of entering the bunker, continue ahead to the small circular building nearby.

Inside, the Golden Chest is sat on top of some crates.

Jump on top to collect your reward.
