 Forgotten Pass 

We've approached the Forgotten Pass from Lord's Watch, so just reverse the directions if you're coming from the opposite direction.

Approach the bridge and the marker will pop up on the left.

Head over to the cube (is it a crate? I don't know) on the left by the bridge struts.

The medallion is tucked away next to it.
