Destiny: Xur weapons, gear, and location, February 17 - 19. Hard Light!
Xur's back in Destiny-land. He's not happy with the Valentine haul, but what are you going to do? That's a hard face to love. Plus, you date him, you date The Nine. They're all very open minded if you catch my drift. And not all entirely confined to this dimension.
Anyway, he's in the Reef this weekend and has brought this little lot with him:
- Hard Light (Exotic auto rifle) – 23 strange coins
- Eternal Warrior (Titan helmet) – 13 strange coins
- Lucky Raspberry (Hunter chest armour) – 13 strange coins
- Purifier Robes (Warlock chest armour) – 13 strange coins
- Legacy engram (Gauntlet) – 29 strange coins
First up on that list is Hard Light, a gun you shouldn't really bother too much with. It's pretty basic and only really has its ricochete perk as a strength, something you can get in plenty of other more interesting weapons. The Titan's Eternal Warrior helmet is also a bit meh, giving you the Unstoppable perk to protect you throughout your Fist of Havoc super. That might be handy in hectic PvP encounters but otherwise probably not a great bonus.
Lucky Raspberry for Hunters continues this week's trend of stuff you can probably live without. That will increase chaining from lightning grenades but unless that's an absolute must have you're probably better off with something else. The Warlock's Purifier Robes are just about worth it if you're a Sunsinger - it'll disorientate enemies when you pop Radiance, and boost armour for a solar class.
So not a great selection this week, maybe stock up on Exotic Shards, Glass Needles and Three of Coins. Always Three of Coins.
Xur will be around until 10am UK/2 am PT on Sunday.
