Nintendo has announced release dates for 3DS exclusives Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D and Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins.
The former will hit the US and Europe on May 24, while the latter will release in North America on April 21 and across Europe five days later.
Announced last month, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D has been described by Nintendo as a "built from the ground up" remaster of the 2010 Wii game by Metroid Prime developer Retro Studios. According to the Australian classification board, it’s being handled by Minnesota-based studio Monster Games, which previously collaborated with Nintendo on Pilotwings Resort for 3DS and the Excite series.
TT Games developed Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins is a prequel to Wii U game Lego City Undercover, which hit the US earlier this month and launches in Europe on March 28. We called that game a Wii U exclusive that console owners can be proud of in our Lego City: Undercover review.
