Ironically, actually starving in PC and PS4 game Don't Starve is the least of your worries. Surviving attacks from all manner of monsters, getting through the harsh winters without freezing, and staying sane are more pressing concerns. Building a solid basecamp is the best way to keep yourself alive through all the game's perils.
