Doom 3 expansion pack confirmed for Xbox
Upgraded Resurrection of Evil playable without the original gloomy shooter
Activision has announced that the expansion pack, , is coming to Xbox as a stand-alone game, and with a fresh set of monsters and shooters.
The previously released PC expansion pack will offer new levels, six new demons and eight-player fun - instead of just four.
Extra weapons have also been added, including the double-barrelled shotgun, the gravity gun-like Grabber and a range of new dark powers. And what's more, the whole thing won't need the original game to work.
So far no release date for Doom 3 Resurrection of Evil for Xbox has been confirmed but we will bring you any new info the moment we get it.
