Download Nirvana's Nevermind for Rock Band
Nirvana's classic album reportedly to be released as downloadable content
During E3, MTV Games and Harmonix revealed plans to release weekly downloadable content for its forthcoming rhythm, action, and music game Rock Band, and it now appears that will also include Nirvana's Nevermind.
According to reports, the classic rock album will be made available after the game launches at the end of the year - there's no specific release date yet.
EA, which will publish Rock Band, was unavailable for comment on the reports at the time of writing.
The first full album to be made available for download will be The Who's Who's Next,which MTV Gamesstateswill be available soon after the game's release.
Rock Band is like Guitar Hero on steroids, with axe wielding joined by vocals and drumming and letting players form full bands. It's due out on PS3 and Xbox 360.
