EA teases something Medal of Honor-related with BF3 insert
Mystery advert greets BF3 unboxing
Above: The cryptic insert makes its appearance around halfway through
Those privileged enough to be ripping open a copy of Battlefield 3 today have reported a tease for a possible new title in another popular EA franchise. Having the whole reverse side of the game's Online Pass to fill with something, the company's decided that it might as well remind you that there's a franchise called Medal of Honor and that you can find out more about that game online. Now why would it go and do that?
The flyer, which you can see above in all its downright cryptic sparseness, points to MedalofHonor.com. That site still functions as a promo for last year's MoH reboot. However, the presence of a “Rating Pending” logo (the US version bears the ESRB equivalent) would seem to hint that the flyer is promoting something other than that title. CVG reported that Medal of Honor 2010 developer Danger Close had posted job adverts for a suspiciously MoH-sounding title earlier this year. Is EA laying the ground for its next big gritty first-person soldier-man title after BF3? Would you be excited for a new MoH reveal?
