Launch grenades from your palms with Elsword's Veteran Commander

When you stop and think about it, the positives of having a super-heated death machine for an arm far outweigh the negatives. Kill3rCombo's free-to-play, action-MMO Elsword is getting a host of new job classes with the Transformation Evolution update, and we've got an exclusive look at the latest, seriously deadly addition: Veteran Commander, the second job in Raven's third path. If that doesn't mean anything to you, here's the abridged version: This guy has a flamethrower and grenade launcher built into his left arm.
This is actually the follow-up job after the Weapon Taker, who can you read all about right here on GamesRadar. It seems Raven has learned a thing or two while slashing through hordes of monsters on the battlefield, but his high-tech Nasod Arm is a little worse for wear. Realizing that his source of power was in danger of giving out, Raven sought out rare parts to rebuild--even upgrade--his robotic limb. The transformation resulted in the Veteran Commander, who's even more of a powerful pyromaniac than Raven's previous iterations.
The Veteran Commander can burn his enemies to a crisp in a variety of ways: flamethrower to the face, raining down grenades from the air, or immolating them from mid-range. The new job also enhances Raven's inherent overheat abilities, where attacks do extra damage at the cost of some health. As the Veteran Commander, you can charge up new abilities while in overheat mode, unlocking even more combo potential for this popular class.
For more information on the Veteran Commander, check out the following images, then be sure to watch the exclusive trailer below. You can try Elsword for free at the official Elsword site.
It's not all about the Nasod Arm--the Veteran Commander can still slash through enemies with the best of 'em.
One molten grenade to the noggin, coming right up.
Veteran Commanders: a sword in one hand, a weapon as the other.
It might be tricky to tell from these screenshots, but the Veteran Commander has long hair, unlike Raven's other jobs.
That's one way to punch someone to death.
