End Of Watch has released an official quad poster, and you can see it exclusively here.

The cop-thriller with a difference is playing at the 2012 London Film Festival , ahead of a November release in the UK.

Written and directed by Training Day screenwriter David Ayer, the film rides with two young LAPD officers (Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña), as they go about their daily duties of chasing down drug dealers, following up leads and pulling pranks.

Yep, these two aren’t all about writing up paperwork, and their buddy banter and considerable chemistry is a real highlight of the film. Not bad going considering End Of Watch also boasts fist fights, car chases and large-scale shootouts.

The new quad poster puts the moody twosome front and centre, with a shaven-headed Gyllenhaal brooding manfully over proceedings (perhaps he’s jealous that Peña’s wielding a shotgun).

End Of Watch opens in the UK on 23 November 2012. Keep up-to-date with the film on its official UK Facebook page .
