Ephron flips over helming novel
When Harry Met Sally scribbler in talks to direct young-adult book with her sister
There are those who want to strangle the life out of their siblings and there are those who can tolerate them from afar over a badly burned sausage at the yearly family barby.
Then there are the Ephrons – Delia and Nora have managed to sustain a thriving 14 year co-scribbling partnership and now, just to rub our noses in it, they’re cranking out another project.
The Bewitched writers are currently adapting Wendelin Van Draaen’s page-turner Flipped, about two youngsters who fall out when they meet aged seven, before sharing a crafty kiss at 13 and so begins a difficult and intriguing relationship.
When Harry Met Sally scriber Nora is also in talks to direct the flick which should head into production sometime towards the end of the year.
