The final hat is on the roof of the Shanty Shop.

Return to Bertrand after busting all six hats to complete the quest.

If you helped Metairie move in, she’ll ask you to obtain one of three pictures for her. They are…

…the sleeping bear in Fort Wasteland,

…an open electric eye in the Floatyard,

…and Gilda in Autotopia. Snap a photo of one of these and return to Metairie to complete the quest.

Return to Metairie with one of these photos to complete the quest. You can also give her all three to net yourself a trophy/achievement too.
