The Human Centipede 3 has unveiled an attention-grabbing piece of stunt casting, with Eric Roberts confirmed to be joining the fun for the final part of the controversy-baiting series.
Director Tom Six had previously promised a “big American celebrity” would be joining the cast, and now Entertainment Weekly has broken the news that Roberts is the man in question.
Roberts will be lining up alongside former porn actress Bree Olson in the forthcoming threequel, which should give you some idea of the kind of OTT B-movie vibe we can expect from this one.
Plot-wise, details are few and far between, save for the fact that the villains of the previous two episodes will be returning, and the film will feature a staggering 500-person centipede . Nice.
Directed by Six and co-starring Robert LaSardo, Tommy Lister, Dieter Laser and Laurence R. Harvey, The Human Centipede 3 will open in UK cinemas later this year, with a specific release date to be confirmed.
